In the usual places in the center of Jaca the tapas are a classic. The one that caught our attention the most were the rodolfitos a kind of battered shrimp served in a glass with a slightly spicy sauce, very good, you have to ask for it when you get to any place.
19 tapas and 500 wines
This small but cozy place is a paradise for tapas and wine lovers. With a fairly extensive wine list it is the ideal place to taste local wines while enjoying a selection of tapas or dishes. Some of the ones we liked the most were the huevos rotos, the parrillada de verduras, the calamares a la andaluza, the torreznos, the cochinillo confit and the grilled beef tenderloin. Everything is simply delicious.

La Tasca de Ana
La Tasca de Ana is one of the most famous bars in Jaca, it is said that it may be the creator of the rodolfitos which, as we have already told you, are battered prawns coated in a unique sauce. Asador Bar Candanchú
The rotisserie Candanchú is undoubtedly our favorite steak restaurant in Jaca, if you like to eat grilled meat is going to be your favorite place. Pizzeria Creperia Otal
One day we came back from our routes through the Pyrenees with a craving for pizza and we had to eat at this pizzeria. It's not the best pizza we have ever tasted but they were home They made them on the spot and they were quite good. Also the price was very competitive, about 10-12€ per pizza.



La Cadiera Restaurant
This restaurant is located in a fairly central area at C. Domingo Miral, 19, which makes it easy to get there. The atmosphere is cozy, although the decor may seem simple, what really matters here is the food.
As for the food, you will find dishes of authentic Spanish cuisine. Among the most outstanding recommendations are the unique empanadas the well-worked crumbs and a surprising T-bone steak. For those of you who enjoy sweet flavors, you can't miss the fruit cake or the cheesecake.
If you like game meat or cheese, this place is a must visit. And for the more adventurous, you can't miss out on the classic tajín.
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday with varied opening hours. Wednesdays from 18:00 to 23:00, and from Thursday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:30. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Restaurant Albergue La Garcipollera
We visited this restaurant for a family event with high expectations because of the good reviews we had heard. The truth is that we were not disappointed.
- We start with his a broth or soup as a starter, a perfect dish to warm up.
- Along the same lines, we enjoyed a series of starters to share: croquettes, snails, black pudding and ratatouille.

Rosa Rosae
Continuing with our route of restaurants in Jaca, we found one that is still not as well known as it should be, in our opinion.
Its strong point is the menu of the day. It is complete and full of dishes of superior quality, all presented in a way that appeals to both the eye and the palate. It is a clear example of the gastronomic offer that this restaurant provides and evidence of why we consider it one of the best places in Jaca.
Every visit is a welcome experience, and it's a place I definitely plan to return to. Also, we like to go especially when it is nice in the spring and summer months, so we can take advantage of the terrace they offer.
Langa Winery
You know those places that make you come back again and again? Well, Langa Winery is one of those places, we have been eating at this restaurant two days in a row, and it certainly won't be the last time we do it. Don't expect fancy decor, but that's the least of it. We are in an authentic wine cellar, paper tablecloth and all, but the food is very tasty.
- The crumbs Possibly the best in the Pyrenees. For lovers of this dish, it is a must.
- The sea bass in orange sauce: A marine delicacy with a citric touch that you will not forget.
- The lamb at low temperature: It literally melted in the mouth.
- Torrijas A classic Spanish dessert that made us feel at home.
During our second visit, we opted for a salad with prawns avocado and passion fruit vinegar. It was very well presented and the taste was great. The sirloin The pork was tender and just right, with a finger-licking sauce. And let's not forget the dessert: a brownie with sweet potato ice cream, which we found very curious.
We cannot fail to mention the advice we received from the waitress about the various wines. We loved her knowledge and passion for what she was doing.

For all you pizza lovers out there, if you find that the Otal pizzeria is full you can try your luck at this place. It is said that they have the best pizzas, totally handmade and with quality ingredients, and it seems that the owner always has some detail with her customers!

This restaurant is another one of our favorites. The food is top quality and the service is excellent - definitely worth a visit!
Bar L'Acherito
If you are looking for a tasty burger, this is your restaurant. Their burger with foie and caramelized onions is our favorite. Plus, we've always been treated and advised very well when we've gone - you can't go wrong with a good burger and great service!
Biarritz Restaurant
This place is extraordinary, perhaps a little more expensive than the rest but still an excellent value for money and good service make you want to repeat. We know people who come every year to Jaca to eat at this place.
Echeto Confectionery
Fancy something sweet? Then you have to visit Confiteria Echeto. They offer delicious desserts, and their yogurt ice cream with passion fruit is well known in the area.
