Cáceres is a city that is making its way and is increasingly present in the destinations chosen to spend a few days getting lost in its charming corners that will transport you to past times in history. It is a very comfortable city because you can go in your car or by public transport and of course, what we recommend is that you leave your car parked in your accommodation and dedicate yourself to walk around the city.
Any time is a good time to visit it, but from experience, we would say that it is better to visit it from September or in spring. This way the weather will be milder and you could also coincide with the wonderful medieval market of the three cultures which runs through the streets of the old part of the city or with a popular music festival. If you choose to come in March, you will be able to participate and get to know the Easter Week in Cáceres declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest.
